What is a Homeopath?
Homeopaths provide services that are integrative and complementary to conventional medicine. They are trained in Western medicine and are specialists in natural medicine and preventative health-care, integrating scientific knowledge with traditional healing wisdom.
A homeopath considers the body, mind and emotional coping strategies of each individual person when making a treatment assessment to assist the whole person in maximizing the body's inherent self-healing capacity.
Homeopaths combine the art and science of disease treatment and
prevention through the use of homeopathic therapeutics but may
incorporate gentle, non-invasive therapies that include vitamin/mineral
supplementation, clinical nutrition, botanical medicines and tinctures, and lifestyle counseling.
